We are seeking a skilled Construction Engineer to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of ice rink projects across the United States.

Job Description:

As a Rink Construction Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in design, construction, and quality assurance of our cutting-edge ice rink installations. Collaborating closely with our project team, you will be responsible for translating design specifications into tangible rink layouts, contributing to the overall construction process, and ensuring that each rink meets our high standards for performance and safety. This seasonable position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation of extraordinary ice skating environments for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers and designers to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Contribute to the installation of rink components, including boards, liners, refrigeration systems, and accessories.
  • Implement quality control processes to ensure that construction meets design standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor construction progress and provide updates to team and relevant stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during construction phase.
  • Collaborate with team to ensure proper setup and functionality of ice and related equipment.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

Required

  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Flexibility to work hours to accommodate project needs.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, kneel, and crunch for periods of time.
  • Ability to operate hand tools and equipment.
  • Ability to interact in a close (fun) team environment with precision crew.
  • Dependable, honest, and flexible.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in construction.
  • Prior plumbing experience would be a bonus!

Travel:

  • Ability to travel across the US during season.

Precision Ice Rinks: Freelancer social media Creative Design Partner

Position: Social Media Creative Design: Freelancer

Location: Remote

Duration: Part time hourly (5-10 hours per week)

This position is a freelancer / contractor role.

We are seeking to partner with a dynamic social media Freelancer to elevate our brand presence across social media platforms.

Description of Work:

As a freelance partner to Precision Ice Rinks, you will be the driving force behind our social media strategy and creative content development. Your mission will be to create captivating visual narratives that showcase our ice rink projects, engage our target audience, and amplify our brand’s digital footprint. With a keen eye on design and a strategic mindset, you’ll produce compelling content that resonates with our clients and followers.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Conceptualize and oversee the creation of engaging visual content, including images, video animations, and interactive media.
    • Note: pictures and videos will be taken by another freelance company and will be available for use.
  • Collaborate with team / freelance video and photo partners to gather project information and insights for content creation.
  • Create, curate, and schedule content across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency and relevance.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with customers and influencers to expand our online reach.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, visual storytelling techniques, and social media best practices.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

Required

  • Proven experience with social media management and content creation.
  • In-depth knowledge of algorithms and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and collaboration to work across teams.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and passion for staying current in digital trends.

Preferred

  • Experience in sports or the entertainment industry is a plus!
